In January 2024, Dave Lavell completed 10 years' service with PSD. Since joining the company, Dave has worked on projects in the UK, Singapore, Australia and France, to name just a few. To add to his wide experience, Dave is currently undergoing assessment for an NVQ.
Two thirds of the PSD team have now been with the company for more than 10 years.
