 Our UK Plant Yard is located near to Junction 31a of the M6 at Preston and is normally open from 7am to 4pm on weekdays. The latest arrival time for loading or off-loading is 3.00pm. Loading and off-loading equipment includes a 50 tonne crawler crane, a 30 tonne overhead travelling crane and a 5.5 tonne forklift truck. We are not able to load or unload container-sized equipment from TILT or curtain-sided trailers. Click here for more information on the facilities at our plant yard & workshop.
After passing through security at the Red Scar Business Park main gate, turn right and follow the road to a mini roundabout, go straight across the roundabout, then turn left in front of Recycling Lives (the building on the left with a curved roof), PSD's Plant Yard is at the end of the road on the right with a galvanised steel fence and a red & white crawler crane. The blue and grey building is our workshop. All drivers and visitors are required to observe the safety notice at the entrance and to wait at the gate for an escort.
