• Leave M6 at Junction 32 for M55, then leave M55 at Junction 1 for A6 North
• Leave the roundabout at the third exit, following signs to A6 Garstang
• At the next roundabout, take the first exit for A6 Garstang
• At the second roundabout, take the first exit B5269 towards Woodplumpton
• Follow this road for 1.8 miles until you reach a Give Way sign and turn right, signposted B5269 to Inskip, Elswick & Fleetwood
• After 200 metres, take the first turn on the right into Hollowforth Lane
• Follow Hollowforth Lane for 0.8 miles passing over a narrow canal bridge
• Hollowforth Hall is the only group of buildings on the left past the bridge
• Pass the front gates of the Hall, the vehicle entrance is the next on the left

Our offices are located in a rural setting to the north of Preston in Lancashire, within 10 minutes of the M6 motorway. The building incorporates sections of a Grade II Listed building with the addition of a major extension. Many of the decorative features on the outside of the existing structure have been replicated on the new extension, but the inside is of contemporary design. In the reception area stands a specially commissioned half scale steel sculpture of a Tyrannosaurus Rex skeleton. This fabulous 1000kg piece of artwork, which stands 3 metres high was created for PSD by Larry Williams in his studio in Upland, California and assembled in-situ by the artist. The picture shows Larry in the reception area with his largest creation to date towering over him. The building houses a small laboratory with a centrifuge and other specialist testing equipment for the evaluation of engineering muds, slurries and soil samples.
