We can help to identify the best products and equipment for your application. We have in-house facilities to test contaminated fluids or solids samples in order to identify the flocculants, coagulants and pH reducers that are required for flocculation. We can then predict chemical usage and throughput capacity of a flocculation system and centrifuge so that clients can evaluate the savings that such a system would provide for them on a particular project.
We are happy to carry out other tests for clients to help them evaluate bentonite products for use with our equipment on major projects. This evaluation will take account of the rheological properties of the bentonite, effects of the native soils on the bentonite, its suitability for disposal by flocculation & centrifuge and the selection of suitable flocculant products.
Particle size distribution testing using a Malvern Mastersizer is also available through PSD, which can assist with the selection of equipment. |
